Most frustration with schools comes from not knowing who to ask. This is the list.
Admissions and school visits
Applications, waiting lists, fees and booking a visit.
The school office
Absences, early collection, lost property and anything about the school day.
Accounts and fees
Invoices, debit orders, statements and payment arrangements.
Teachers
Questions about your own child’s progress go to the class teacher first.
Employment
Teaching and support posts, and speculative applications.
Media and partnerships
Press enquiries, photography requests and community partnerships.
The best answer to most questions is a visit.
Phone calls and emails only go so far. Come and stand in a classroom on an ordinary school day, and most of what you want to know answers itself.
Think clearly. Live faithfully. Lead courageously.
